雙(shuang)電(dian)源自動轉換開(kai)關(guan)常識:
壹、名詞(ci)術(shu)語(yu)
雙(shuang)電(dian)源自動轉換開(kai)關(guan)(ATSE)分(fen)為(wei)CB級和PC級兩(liang)個(ge)級(ji)別(bie)。
CB級:配備過(guo)電(dian)流脫(tuo)扣(kou)器(qi)的ATSE,它(ta)的主(zhu)觸(chu)頭(tou)能夠接通並(bing)用(yong)於(yu)分(fen)斷短路(lu)電(dian)流。PC級:能(neng)夠接通(tong)、承(cheng)載,但(dan)不(bu)用(yong)於(yu)分(fen)斷短路(lu)電(dian)流的ATSE。
使(shi)用(yong)類(lei)別(bie):AC-33B,適用(yong)電(dian)動機混(hun)合負載(zai),即(ji)包含(han)電(dian)動機,電(dian)阻負載(zai)和30%以下白(bai)熾(chi)燈(deng)負載(zai),接(jie)通(tong)與分(fen)斷6le,cosφ=0.5。
使(shi)用(yong)類(lei)別(bie):AC-31B,適用(yong)無感或(huo)微感負載(zai),接(jie)通(tong)與分(fen)斷電(dian)流為(wei)1.5le,cosφ=0.8。
二、雙(shuang)電(dian)源自動轉換開(kai)關(guan)的選(xuan)擇(ze)與使(shi)用(yong)
當(dang)市(shi)電(dian)與發電(dian)機電(dian)源轉換時,首(shou)先(xian)應(ying)考(kao)慮發電(dian)機的特(te)殊性(xing),確(que)認市電(dian)斷電(dian)後(hou),發(fa)電(dian)機自動(dong)啟動(dong),待(dai)發電(dian)機電(dian)源各項(xiang)指標達(da)到穩定值後(hou)才(cai)能(neng)輸出(chu),並(bing)具(ju)有(you)互(hu)聯(lian)裝置(zhi)。按轉換時間選(xuan)擇(ze)和使(shi)用(yong)ATS
1、根據(ju)國家(jia)與行(xing)業(ye)有(you)關(guan)規範(fan)要(yao)求(qiu),對(dui)於(yu)消(xiao)防(fang)設備的雙(shuang)電(dian)源轉換,其(qi)轉(zhuan)換(huan)時(shi)間越(yue)快(kuai)越(yue)好,但(dan)考(kao)慮目前我(wo)國的供(gong)電(dian)技術條件(jian),規定在30s以(yi)內(nei)。當(dang)消(xiao)防設備處於(yu)運轉期(qi)間,若突(tu)然出(chu)現(xian)斷電(dian),勢必引(yin)起(qi)電(dian)源的轉(zhuan)換,由於(yu)轉(zhuan)換(huan)時(shi)間長(chang)會(hui)使(shi)消防設備停(ting)止運轉而影響(xiang)使(shi)用(yong),因(yin)此(ci)必須(xu)增(zeng)加二(er)次(ci)控(kong)制環節保(bao)證(zheng)消(xiao)防(fang)設備繼(ji)續工作,故在選(xuan)擇(ze)ATS時應優先選擇(ze)轉換時間快(kuai)的產(chan)品(pin)。
2、對(dui)於(yu)應(ying)急(ji)照明(ming),根據(ju)目前我(wo)國設計的時(shi)間做(zuo)法(fa),壹(yi)般采用(yong)城市(shi)電(dian)網的電(dian)源作為(wei)應急(ji)照明(ming)供(gong)電(dian)。為(wei)了滿(man)足(zu)使(shi)用(yong)需(xu)要和利於(yu)安全(quan),允許(xu)使(shi)用(yong)城市(shi)電(dian)網供電(dian),但(dan)是(shi)采用(yong)ATS作(zuo)為(wei)應急(ji)照明(ming)時(shi),在正(zheng)常電(dian)源斷電(dian)後(hou),其(qi)電(dian)源轉換時間應(ying)當(dang)滿(man)足(zu):疏(shu)散照明(ming)≤15s(有(you)條件(jian)時宜(yi)縮(suo)短(duan)轉(zhuan)換(huan)時間),備用(yong)照明(ming)≤15s(金(jin)融商品(pin)交(jiao)易(yi)場所≤1.5s),安全(quan)照明(ming)≤0.5s。
3、當(dang)采用(yong)發(fa)電(dian)機組作(zuo)為(wei)應急(ji)照明(ming)電(dian)源時,發電(dian)機的啟動(dong)和轉換(huan)的全(quan)部(bu)時(shi)間不(bu)應大於(yu)15s。四極型(xing)ATS的選(xuan)擇(ze)與使(shi)用(yong)
⑴ 根據(ju)IEC465.1.5條規定,正(zheng)常供電(dian)電(dian)源與備用(yong)發(fa)電(dian)機之間的轉(zhuan)換開(kai)關(guan)應用(yong)四極型(xing)開關(guan)。
⑵ 帶漏(lou)電(dian)保(bao)護(hu)的雙(shuang)電(dian)源轉換開關(guan)應采用(yong)四極型(xing)開關(guan)。兩(liang)個(ge)電(dian)源開關(guan)帶漏(lou)電(dian)保(bao)護(hu)時,其(qi)下級(ji)電(dian)源轉換開關(guan)應采用(yong)四極型(xing)開關(guan)。
⑶ 兩(liang)種(zhong)不(bu)同(tong)接地系統間的電(dian)源轉換開關(guan)應采用(yong)四極型(xing)開關(guan)。⑷TN-S、TN-C-S系統壹般不(bu)需(xu)要設四極型(xing)開關(guan)。
根據(ju)上(shang)述要(yao)求(qiu),在選(xuan)擇(ze)ATS時,應按具體使(shi)用(yong)功(gong)能和要求(qiu)確(que)定是(shi)否(fou)采用(yong)四極型(xing)ATS。
三、雙(shuang)電(dian)源自動轉換開(kai)關(guan)操作(zuo)規範(fan)
1、當(dang)因(yin)故停(ting)電(dian),且在較短時(shi)間內(nei)無法(fa)恢(hui)復供(gong)電(dian)時,必須(xu)啟用(yong)備用(yong)電(dian)源。步驟(zhou):
①切除市電(dian)供電(dian)各斷路(lu)器(qi)(包括配電(dian)室控制(zhi)櫃各斷(duan)路(lu)器(qi),雙(shuang)電(dian)源切換箱(xiang)市供(gong)電(dian)斷電(dian)器(qi)),拉(la)開(kai)雙(shuang)投防倒(dao)送開(kai)關(guan)至自(zi)備電(dian)源壹側,保(bao)持(chi)雙(shuang)電(dian)源切換箱(xiang)內自(zi)備電(dian)供電(dian)斷路(lu)器(qi)處於(yu)斷(duan)開(kai)狀態。
②啟動(dong)備用(yong)電(dian)源(柴油發電(dian)機組),待(dai)機(ji)組運轉正(zheng)常時,順序(xu)閉(bi)合發(fa)電(dian)機空氣(qi)開關(guan)、自備電(dian)源控制櫃內各(ge)斷(duan)路(lu)器(qi)。
③逐個閉合電(dian)源切換箱(xiang)內各(ge)備用(yong)電(dian)源斷路(lu)器(qi),向各負載(zai)送電(dian)。 ④備用(yong)電(dian)源運行(xing)期(qi)間,操作(zuo)值(zhi)班人員不(bu)得離開(kai)發(fa)電(dian)機組,並(bing)根據(ju)負荷的變(bian)化及(ji)時調(tiao)整(zheng)電(dian)壓(ya)、廠(chang)頻率等(deng),發(fa)現(xian)異常及(ji)時處理(li)。
2、市(shi)電(dian)恢復供(gong)電(dian)時,應及(ji)時做(zuo)好電(dian)源轉換工作,切斷備用(yong)電(dian)源,恢復市電(dian)供電(dian)。步驟(zhou):
①按順序(xu)逐個斷開(kai)自備電(dian)源各斷路(lu)器(qi),順序(xu)是(shi):雙(shuang)電(dian)源切換箱(xiang)自備電(dian)源斷路(lu)器(qi)→自備電(dian)源配電(dian)櫃各斷(duan)路(lu)器(qi)→發電(dian)機總(zong)開關(guan)→將雙(shuang)投開關(guan)撥(bo)至市(shi)電(dian)供電(dian)壹側。
②按柴油機停(ting)機步驟(zhou)停(ting)機。
③按順序(xu),從(cong)市(shi)電(dian)供電(dian)總(zong)開關(guan)至各(ge)分(fen)路(lu)開關(guan)逐個閉合各(ge)斷(duan)路(lu)器(qi),將雙(shuang)電(dian)源切換箱(xiang)自市(shi)電(dian)供電(dian)斷路(lu)器(qi)置(zhi)於(yu)閉(bi)合位置(zhi)。
3、檢(jian)查(zha)各儀表及(ji)指示(shi)燈(deng)指示(shi)是(shi)否(fou)正(zheng)常,啟動(dong)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)內冷(leng)卻(que)風(feng)扇(shan)。
四、帶(dai)漏(lou)電(dian)保(bao)護(hu)ATS的選(xuan)擇(ze)
ATS是(shi)否(fou)要加裝漏電(dian)保(bao)護(hu),主(zhu)要(yao)取(qu)決於(yu)負載(zai)的使(shi)用(yong)性(xing)質(zhi)和特點(dian),為(wei)了防(fang)觸(chu)電(dian)和確(que)保(bao)人(ren)身安全(quan),需(xu)要加裝漏電(dian)保(bao)護(hu),但(dan)在消(xiao)防(fang)負載(zai)時(shi)為(wei)了保(bao)證(zheng)電(dian)源的連(lian)續性(xing)和可靠性(xing),又不(bu)希望加裝漏電(dian)保(bao)護(hu),這兩(liang)者(zhe)相(xiang)互(hu)矛(mao)盾,所
以建(jian)議(yi)非(fei)消(xiao)防(fang)使(shi)用(yong)的ATS在電(dian)源側和負載(zai)側(ce)不(bu)宜加裝總(zong)漏電(dian)保(bao)護(hu),若必(bi)須(xu)加裝時最好加裝在轉(zhuan)換(huan)後(hou)各(ge)自(zi)出(chu)線的支(zhi)路(lu)上(shang),消(xiao)防使(shi)用(yong)的ATS電(dian)源側和負載(zai)側(ce)不(bu)應加裝漏電(dian)保(bao)護(hu)。
